Question: Will I lose control of my employees if I utilize the DES program?
Answer: Absolutely not. DES will not direct, supervise, or manage the daily activities of your employees. You maintain complete control. DES becomes your team of behind the scenes administrative professionals positioned to help facilitate any questions or problems that arise as a result of employment.
Question: Do we have to utilize all the services DES offers?
Answer: Absolutely not. Although the DES program is designed to combine payroll administration, health insurance, risk management, human resource consulting, and 401K retirement planning all into one, complete customized package, businesses can pick and choose which services we perform on their behalf.
Question: As the business Owner, can I also participate in the DES program?
Answer: In most cases, the business Owner will also participate along with their employees in an effort to take full advantage of our menu of services.
Question: We've utilized PEO services in the past, and they based their management fees on a percentage basis. This process was confusing and frustrating. How is DES different?
Answer: Our management fee is a fixed cost. In other words, we do not base our management fees on a percentage of gross payroll like many other PEO's.
